Order Processing Time

Orders ship within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll see the full shipping cost before placing your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or tariffs charged by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. While we’re happy to assist, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
